Jeff Goldblum (Transylvania 6-5000, The Fly) stars as the bumbling, skeptical schoolteacher, Ichabod Crane, in this unique adaptation of Washington Irving's most popular - and frightening - tale. When Crane arrives in the quaint town of Sleepy Hollow he discovers a host of superstitious townsfolk. Amongst them is the beautiful Katrina Van Tassel, played by Meg Foster (They Live, Masters Of The Universe), who Crane quickly takes a liking to. A little fact Brom Bones (played by Dick Butkus) isn't all that happy to hear.
A series of supernatural encounters await the clumsy schoolteacher and, of course, no iteration of Irving's classic would be complete without a visit from Sleepy Hollow's most notorious demonic spectre - the Headless Horseman, who is hell-bent on scaring the wits out of Ichabod Crane!
